The Arizona Republic reports, “At Mesa’s Dobson High School, 49 students crammed into a Spanish class, and the last 10 who arrived had to sit on the floor. At Hendrix Junior High, also in the Mesa Public Schools district, a reading teacher began the first day of class Wednesday apologizing to her 39 students for the overcrowded conditions.”
