American Association of Suicidology
This is the official website of the American Association of Suicidology.  It has resources available, including a school counseling suicide prevention program that can be downloaded FREE.  It also contains links to other important suicide prevention, assessment, and treatment websites.

American Psychiatry Association Practice Guidelines
The latest thinking on the treatment of many mental disorders.  Because this is a psychiatric site, pharmacological treatment will be included.

National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI)
This website contains up-to-date information on mental health legislation, includes information on public education about mental illness and its effects, and has resources for advocacy, support, and research

National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH)
One of the NIH branches, the NIMH provides extensive clinical information about treatment issues for mental illness, consensus statements for treatment (when available), and results of breaking research.
